People in my address book are getting virus-laden
messages from each other (that they haven't sent). It
seems like I must have a worm, but I have done an update
and full system scan and nothing shows up. Is there
something else I should be doing?

Not likely then. Virusses can take random addresses from any file that could
contain e-mail addreses. It could be very well be a mail to one of your
friends that has been forwarded many many times already and has been
harvested by a virus. The original source is almost impossible to trace
then. All you can do is have your friends scan on virusses as well to make
sure no-one is infected.

Thanks for relieving me of all that guilt.
