worm deleted, aber even problems

i have deleted a data file, where was found worm/nachbi[1] (i didn´t find any information about the worm). now i get following message by using www: generic host process for win32 hat ein problem festgestellt und muss heruntergefahren werden (generic host process hav found a problem and must be closed). after that i can´t load e page in www. what must i do to solve the problem? thanks for your help.
