My wife Val has made a spreadheet for keeping track of the soccer world cup
games.

It is in MS Excel but also seems to work in Open Office.

If you are a dedicated soccer fan and a stats freak, you might like to try it.
But there is nothing on it you won't be able to get from the Web or the papers
the next day.

If you think you might be interested, there's more about it on my blog here:

where you can also find out how to get a copy.

And if you can think of ways of improving the spreadsheet, Val would also like
to hear from you.

There are at least a couple of alternatives:
If you don't have a computer when watching or discussing the World
Cup,
you may want to try my single-paper overview of the tournament:

Here's a site that seems to pack a lot of data points into one single
UI-form:

Select whatever version suits you best!

That second one is a classic!
