I have a small office in a domain with server 2003 with about 12
workstations. One of those workstations is acting wierd. I can login fine,
get an Ip address can access the internet can ping the server however I can
not access the server's shared folders. If I use UNC \\servername the server
it comes up but no shared folders come up. Does not matter who I log in as
it just does not work, I've tried to log in as the network admin, as a
restricted user, power user, etc.... All of them give me the same results.
If I go to another workstation login as any of the users above i then have
access to the shared drives. So it's difinitely workstation specific. I'm
thinking it's the Nic card? Does anyone else have any ideas?
