Greetings,
I am a minister at Everlasting Baptist Church and we have
4 computers in our library. These computers were recently
upgraded to Windows 2000 Professional. At the time of
upgrade, several user ids were created. Now none of the
passwords work. When trying to access, we receive the
error message "unable to log in...incorrect user
name/password".
When trying to reboot/shut down to DOS to re-run
installation. Only options available is "restart"
and "shut-down". Now no one is able to use any of the
computers because we cannot bypass the initial signin
prompt.
How can we unlock the system so that we can set-up new
user accounts?
Please help!
my email address is: (e-mail address removed)
THANKS!
