worksheet password protected user forgot password

Hello,
I have a user that forgot the password she used to
protect a worksheet in a workbook. Any idea besides
recreating the worksheet?
Any help is always appreciated.

Download the AllInternalPasswords.xls file
Open that File
Open the offending workbook
Tools >Macro > Macros
Select AllInternalPasswords
Run
Follow the easy instructions
Save the file
Done
