worksheet margins

When I create a worksheet and set the margins for
printing, how can I make them consistant to different
workstations in my company. The problem is that if I
create a document and set the margins and print area to
print out 5 pages, then send it to a co-worker and they
open on their system it automatically re-adjusts the
margins and screws up the printing. HELP!!

One way would be to create your pages while recording a macro. Then give
that macro to the others and have them run the macro to re set the pages.
Make sure you know each step of the page setup because the marco will record
EVERY CLICK you make. Also, place that macro in the personal.xls file, not
the current document. If you only want to use it for that document, then
the others could just run it when the document opens.
