There appears to be a code error in Excel 2007.
If you have a protected workbook and protect a worksheet in that workbook,
Excel 2007 will be unable to recover the worksheet.
This appears to be related to some previous comments about the "GDI" count.
The error is reproducible and very damaging.
Protect a workbook.
Protect a worksheet.
Save using Vista Home Premium with last viewable page being visible from the
Home Tab..
Open worksheet. Excell 2007 will request the workbook password. Opens to
Home page.
Attempt to go to the Review Tab to use the worsheet unprotect function.
Excel fails and will not allow access to the review tab.
Excel will attempt to recover the file.
All recovered files produce the same problem.
