I just got a new computer with XP on it. Works is
installed on it but I have no clue how to learn about it.
It's 7.0 It's completely different from the works I had
on my old computer while running Windows ME. Where do I
start? The version I am used to on ME opened up and gave
me options as to what I wanted to do, this one is almost
blank.

You should see the text "Help" in the menu bar or an icon for help in the
toolbar. Click on that to bring up the help file. If there is a table of
contents, check the "What's New" section. May want to skim the basic
"getting started" sections as well.
