Not sure if this is the correct place for this question.

Is it possible to skip printing of a variable's value if
it is Null or just spaces? For example, if no value has
been given for a [post office box], can the line feed
after the value be skipped also?

I know there was a way with some other word processing
software, and there probably is with Works, but I haven't
been able to find it

If I have been unclear, please let me know.
