Workplace task scheduling

I am building an Access database to manage tasks to be completed by various
duty positions. I would like to run a daily report that SELECTS appropriate
tasks based on the day of the week indicated by the system clock. These
tasks may be daily, on a given day of the week, or more than once a week.

Any thoughts on how this should be set-up?
