I import pictures to movie maker, and when I click on a photo it is upside down in the viewing screen on the right. How can I get it to show the photo like it should?

does it publish that way too?

I have them saved as jpegs. changing them to bmp format does not help. It does that to about half the pictures. the pictures are B&W.

Hello there,

Problems, problem :) There is perhaps one other thing to try.

1) If your graphics card is a separate device and you know the name of the
manufacturer go to their website and get the latest driver for your card.

or

2) If you ca is built into the motherboard, go to the website of the
manufacture of the motherboard and grab heir latest drive. You will need to
read carefully before you download, I have found some of these website to be
a little confusing on the issue of which driver to download.

Take Note: There is a major difference between a driver for your graphics
and a Firmware update. You want the driver in the first instance. While you
are on whichever website, check on whether they also provide the Firmware
upgrade (The better cards frequently have the option of updating the
firmware so as to add new features etc) If they do, then find out how to
identify the firmware version. It is a risky business updating firmware. A
failure often renders that device permanently unusable. I had it happen to
me on a motherboard. If you discover that your firmware both can and should
be updated, print out the instructions first, and if you have any doubts at
all either get someone who knows what they are about to do it for you or
leave well alone.

Hope this help a little, if not, please bring us up to speed on what
happened.

Best Wishes.....John Kelly
