We have a network in which not everybody was not logging into the Domain,
because they didn't need to... until now. There are just a few individuals
that now need to be switched over, but I would like an easy, but efficient
(i.e. the most settings possible with little intrusion to the user), way to
migrate their user profiles over as well. Any ideas?

Thanks...

Very few users..
Want to inconvenience them the least?

Well, the few users are the higher ups of the company and I'd like to make it
as easy as possible for them (and myself).

Hi

We solve this by (in the registry) changing the profile path for
the new user to point to the old user's profile folder (the user
needs to log on at least once first).

If the user is not a local admin, you might need to to something on the
permission side. Use tip 4631 and 2240 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at
http://www.jsiinc.com as a guide.
