I have a few workgrouped XP machines and a shared HP
printer on one. Works fine. Question is--When I install
the printer as a network printer on an xp machine, I can
use it fine. But when a regular user account logs on they
dont have access and the only way for me to install it for
them is to connect by using the unc path and then typing
the username password of the admin account on the machine
the printer is attatched to. I have four other users on
this workgroup machine. Do I have to set each user up this
way to connect to the printer, or is there a universal way
I can set up this networked printer on this machine for
all the users in one shot? Thank you
