Workgroup on Server

I set up a database and workgroup information in my
harddisk. I upload it to a Network Drive.

When other user open it from another PC, the Access read
the workgroup from the default harddisk but not the
Network Drive one.

So any possible way to make others user and PC open my
Database with My workgroup but restore default when they
close it?
