Workstations of the workgroup name (eg BLA) or domain name
BLA that matches the RAS Domain name BLA can access all
resources allowed for that user or group. HOWEVER if you
change the workgroup name of the remote computer workgroup
or domain to something that does not match (eg. NOT-BLA)
the domain you are logging into (BLA), you cannot access
the defined resources on a windows 98 computer (using
WIN2000 Groups). You can logon OK, authenticate against
the domain (BLA), see the resource, but it returns "Access
Denied" when you try to access this. Change the workgroup
of the remote workstation to match the domain being
accessed (BLA) and it all works fine and dandy.
Any handy hints anyone?
P.S. The remote resources need to run WIN98.
