workgroup access

i have a home network set up. all the computers are in the same workgroup, and my shared internet connection is being shared between the 3 machines. but when i go to accss files on another computer, or access that compute, a message says that the workgroup is unavailable and i ma not have proper access

Hello
try turning off the firewall or go to the Local Area
Connection Properties and install the NWLink IPX/SPX
Protocol
