I'm looking for a work sheet that is already made up for keeping track of A/C
freon recovery. Looking for idea's and hopfully when work slows down for the
winter I can sit and put somthing together to fit my needs. Any help would be
great!!

Rick, Don't know of one, but it depends on what you want to do as to how you
would set one up, one simple way would be to put the data you recovered in
column A maybe where you recovered the Freon form in column B and then each
type of Freon in a different column like C:??, if you enter the amounts in
ounces then you could use a formula like this to total the amount of each
type, it will change it to pounds and ounces
ROUNDDOWN(SUM(C5:C250)/16,0)&" Lbs
"&SUM(C5:C250)-16*ROUNDDOWN(SUM(C5:C250)/16,0)&" ozs"
If you what let me know and I will send you a VERY simple example

That sounds good but I would also need something to put the job sites together
with their totals and with also how many A/c units. so not only keeping track
of total amount of different freon's but also total amount from that job site.

Thanks for your input.
