I have configured Outlook 2002 to give me the option to
Connect or Work Offline when I start Outlook. But I
understand that from the File Menu there should be an
Option to Work Offine, which I don't have. I have tried
to configure the Tool Bar, but Work Offline is not an
option. Any suggestions? Thank you

James,

The "Work Offline" menu item on the File menu is not intended to make
Outlook go "offline". The function of the "Work Offline" menu item is to set
you up with an offline folder file (.ost). So, if you do not see "Work
Offline" on the File menu then you are already configured with an .ost file
(or it's not applicable for your situation). The only way I know to force
Outlook "offline" is to exit and restart Outlook.

Hope this helps.
