work offline !!!!!!!

hi,

for some reasons, when i go to a website such as yahoo
and etc, it is always saved on Work OFline and that is
really annoying. i try to unclick the work offline button
under FIle on the browser but it would always come back
to irrate me. please help me if you know the solution to
this.
