I have a network set up at home and the 2 computers are
part of a workgroup. When I bring my laptop to work, I
can connect to the internet through our LAN. But I am
not a part of the workgroup for my lab. Is there a way
for me to set up 2 different LANs, one for home and one
for work, with different workgroups for each connection?

This only allows me to change IP address, DNS servers, etc. This is not my
problem because my home network is wireless and my lab network is not. My
problem is that I have a workgroup set up at home for our computers here.
There is also a workgroup at lab with a different name, that I need to be on
at work to be able to properly access the other computers in lab. Is there
are way to have a different workgroup associated with each connection?
Thanks
