I would like to know if it is possible in Word document and make ranking list of words from the most frequent word to the less used word?

I don't think there is a menu/keystroke/toolbar command for this in any
version of Word. I'm quite certin it would be possible to write a
program in the macro language to do this analysis.

I have a vague recollection that such macros are available "out there".
Maybe you could do some Google searches to find one, or get someone to
write it for you.
