Words Stacked/Squished

I've installed Office 2007 on my PC, and now, when I view PowerPoint
presentations, all of the text on the slide is centered on the line it is
supposed to be on.. but all the letters are stacked on top of one another?
Anybody else getting this? How about a fix?
