Words and number appearing on top of word documents

I have letterhead templates set-up on my computer.
Recently when I go into a document set-up with a template
and edit the body of the letter and when I print the
document the document appears with the following jibrish
right above the date: DatabaseID=5D294D2D2020202231565D20
[ContactID=422758202020343032565D20]. This line isn't
visible when I'm in the document but can only seen in the
Print Preview and, of course, when I print the document.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening. I
appreciate any input anybody out there might have.

You may have it set as a header in the document; check View>Headers and Footers and see if any kind of autotext is set to display. The Print Layout view should display headers, if you have any.
