Wordpad

I have been asked to go to wordpad and type a message.I have Windows XP home
and have not been able to find Wordpad.I,ve found Notepad but need to find
Wordpad.Could it have been accidentally deleted? If so how can I get it back.

It should be here:

"C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe"

Here are a couple of things to try:

1. Click Start, Run, type wordpad, click OK.

2. Do a search for Wordpad. If found, right-click, click Send to:,
click Desktop (create shortcut).

Start, Run, wordpad.exe
Should be in Accessories folder along with Notepad

1. Open Explorer
2. Browse into C:\Windows\Inf
3. Locate Wordpad.inf
4. Right click it, select Install from pop up menu
5. Insert XP CD if asked for it.
6. Now check Start, Programs, Accessories and wordpad should
appear.
