You don't say what version of Word you have, and WordArt in Word 97 and
above is different from the WordArt in earlier versions. In recent versions,
however, click on the WordArt object to display the WordArt toolbar. Click
on the Format WordArt button (paint bucket and brush) to get the Format
WordArt dialog. On the Colors and Lines tab, choose your line and fill.
