Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. Our school is
creating a PowerPoint with pictures and activities that
happen during the year. We continue to add new slides
and keep the outline pane open so everyone sees what's
already there. Some of the teachers are simply using
WordArt as their title, and the problem is that WordArt
doesn't show up next to the slide in the outline. Is
there anyway to make it show. I realize we could type
the title in the same color as the background of the
slide, so it shows up, but we're trying to make it as
easy as possible for all teachers.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Not really,

Word Art is not text, it's simply an image of text. Sort of like taking a
photo of a letter. Notes are for text, not images. Sorry.

Erin,

In addition to what Austin posted:

you could tell the instructors to type the same info into the slide title
text box and have them either
drag it off the slide, or
create it in a small font size and position it behind their WordArt.

Maybe you could assign this to a student who has some computer savvy if the
faculty won't add it to their slides.

To simplify title and outline consistancy I don't allow
word art to be used for this purpose. I recommend
modifying the text box to "dress it up" instead of word
art.
