When running W95B and W98SE I use the MS Word 97 \Tools\Envelopes Address
Book to print envelopes and labels. Now after upgrading to XP when I try to
print an envelope in Word97, \Tools/Envelopes and clicking the address book
I get a message:

Logon Failed: You must log on to Microsoft Exchange to access your address
book.

Anyone know what the heck is going on here or Why/How I have to logon to
Microsoft Exchange? I never got this msg with W95B or W98SE???

Thanks

Sounds like an Office question. There are different installation options
when an Exchange server is involved. This type of installation is more
common to a business network than to a home network. That's all I know
since I never setup Office using the Exchange options. Sorry.

There are Office newsgroups on this news server. If using a newsreader,
select one from the list of newsgroups as displayed by your program. If
using the web interface, here's the link to the Office newsgroups:

Art ... it's been a long time since I've use Word97, so I may be a bit hazy
on this ... but I seem to recall that you needed to select Outlook Express
as the E-mail program in IE, Internet Properties, Programs.

If that doesn't work, you'll probably have better luck in getting an anwer
in the Word newsgroup ... create a news account in OE to
microsoft.public.word.mail
