What CAD software are you using? You will not be able to insert the CAD
program's default file format, as that includes a lot more than what you see
at any one time on the screen, and possibly 3D information as well.
You might be able to save your current view using Save As, and then choosing
..GIF or .PNG as the file format (or .JPG, but the other two would be better
for CAD screenshots), or make a screenshot by pressing PrtScrn and pasting
it in a graphics program before saving as .PNG or .GIF.
One very cool thing I have done a couple of times is save the 3D model as a
PDF file using Adobe Acrobat 3D!
