Word to floppy

Isn't it possible to send stuff composed in Word to floppy
disk? The only sources I'm offered in 'Send to ...' are:
Mail recipient or Fax recipient. I could have done it
with Smartsuite, which is no longer installed. Can I do
it using a different bit of Windows XP Home? Grateful for
any advice, as I'm thick!
 
could go start -> run . type sendto . then it opens a box. open my computer
and drag floppy drive to the sendto folder. now when you right click any
file/folder on your pc you will have the choice sendto floppy drive :¬)
