Word templates

I have created a word template but am looking to create a prompt box when the
template is opened that forces the user to enter certain information. Does
anyone have an idea how to do this? I have tried using options avaliable in
the 'forms' toolbar but without any sucsess.

Create a userform (a custom dialog) in the template, along with an
AutoNew macro that opens the userform. See
