Word template with macros

When I open my Word template, dialog boxes appear asking me to type in my
name, date, status, etc. I figured the file included macros, but the Macro
Organizer is empty.

How can I permanently prevent these dialog boxes from appearing?

I'm using Word 2007.

The cause is probably Fill-in or Ask fields in the template. Press
Alt+F9 and look for the field codes.
