Word Processor with Mail Merge Capability required for demonstration - any suggestions?

I will be showing a group of disabled people how Mail Merge works
within Microsoft Word.

There is a good chance that some will not have Word and would not be
able to afford to buy.

I want to also demonstrate a freeware equivalent. My searches have
found reference to e-mail merge freeware but I cannot see anything
that is a freeware WordProcessing programme with Mail Merge
capability.

Can anyone steer me to am appropriate site?

See http://www.pricelessware.org. Among the programs listed and
described there (all freeware) is OpenOffice, which does have mail merge
capabilities. It's a software suite -- word processor, spreadsheet, etc.
-- rather than only a word processor.

I'm quite satisfied with OpenOffice, but one of the other programs might
suit someone else better.
