word pad has for some reason decided to hide from my programfiles\accessories folder . cannot open.can anyone help?

R.click the desktop,point to new,click shrtcut.In the location,type
C:WINDOWS\system32\wordpad.ex
Click next give it a name,then finish

Start Menu -> Run -> type 'wordpad' or 'notepad' to run it quickly without
navigating the menus
To put a new shortcut there, simply point it at the wordpad application (in
a default install) located:
C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe

Apparently from another post, XP Home may place this file in a different
location
C:WINDOWS\system32\wordpad.exe
