Ok, here's the situation. I have a client running windows
2000 Server and using thin clients (WYSE) to connect.
Suddenly during the course of their business day users
found the could no longer save word documents. I tried,
and was able to, create and save notepad and wordpad
documents but every time you try to save an MS Word
(office 2000 suite)document, the "save as" window does not
appear to allow you to select where to save and the
filename. You also can't save by clicking on the Save
icon or by closing the document and choosing save. Other
Office suite programs behave normally (ie: user's can
edit/save Excel files etc).
I'm wondering if anyone else has run across this situation
and know's how to help me resolve it?
Thanks in advance!
