Really? Just how did you come to that conclusion?
If you look at Shaun's posts, he is negative towards Sky*uck. (Replace
* which a character of your choice, like b or f or whatever.)
Also, the headers from these two nyms are shown below (some unimportant
ones have been excluded):

Highwinds as the Usenet backbone provider.

If Sky*uck were nymshifting under Shaun, he had to open an account at
Shaw, Canada to post from there through their Highwinds contracted
Usenet service. Sky*uck has been using the same nym and email address
for years which indicates less likelihood to bother with nymshifting.
Sky*uck uses Outlook Express which is expected since his posts go back
many years. Shaun has too indistinct a nym and email address to bother
doing a Google Groups search (way too many other posters would end up in
the search results). Shaun posts using WLM v15 (a very bad choice).
I see nothing in the headers that evidences Sky*uck is nymshifting under
Shaun. The content of Shaun's response posts is not complimentary to
Sky*uck. You will need more than your unfounded and unproved claim that
Shaun is Sky*uck if you want anyone else to believe you.
It's not impossible that Sky*uck switch from some NNTP service in the
Nederlands to using a different ISP (Shaw, Canada) while also changing
to a different NNTP client but you can't prove that's what happened by
the headers. The content of posts from these two nyms indicates they
are not the same person but then some trolls exhibit different
personalities under different nyms. They want to be trolls when they
choose but still like to get assistance so they need a different nym.
