When I open Word 2003/Windows XP the cursor is at the top of the page
rather than a few lines down as it used to be. I have had this problem
before and cured it with this forums help but forgot to keep a copy.
How do I solve it?

The cursor is going to be where the left margin and top margin meet. To
change that, go to File, Page Setup, and set the margins to what you want.

Change View to your preferred setting, probably "Print Layout". Try a
Word or Office group for more focused results.

One: You are in the wrong news group. Try the Office news groups
Two: You should use the MENU line to select VIEW and choose "Print Layout"
Three: You should go to the MENU line to select TOOLS, then OPTIONS and in the VIEW tab make sure
there is a check mark in the box for "Show white spaces between pages".
