WORD keeps trying to Recover Documents

We're caught in a loop. We keep getting the error message that Word has
encountered a problem, do we want to tell Bill Gates (no), followed by a
reference to do we want to save a modified normal template. (no) Have
removed many temp file trapped on a previous power loss, but there may be
more. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks Greg - but no joy. Went through that, but it is still doing thes ame
thing, and it is also (I just discovered) doing it in OE. What to do???

special attention to problems caused by add-ins. And if you're running NT or
an NT-based OS (2000, XP, 2003), don't discount the possibility of Blaster
infection.
