Is there a way that I can hyperlink a name in a Word '07 document to a
contact in my Outlook? I'd like to write up a report with names of people
I've met, and be able (when reviewing it later) to click on one of those
names and have it open up that person's Outlook profile.

TIA

Profiles are specific to a mailbox logon. Do you mean the Contacts details?

If yes, you can use Smart Tags in Word to do this AFAIR.
