Fahim,
As previously mentioned, these are two separate programs and aren't really
meant to be one. However, there are a couple of options that might relate
to what you want.
Option #1 - Create a hyperlink. Good rule of thumb is to have the
PowerPoint files and Word file in the same folder to start with. Insert
some text on your Word document, highlight it, click "Insert", "Hyperlink",
then browse to and select your PPT file. Repeat for the other.
Option #2 - Sending to Word - PowerPoint has a "File", "Send to", "Microsoft
Word" feature. Open PowerPoint, use the feature just mentioned. You will
create a new Word document. Save that document. Open your main Word
document, click "Insert", "File", browse to these two newly created Word
documents and select each one individually.
Hopefully this will help get you what you want (but remember, always try to
be as specific as possible, and ALWAYS provide the version of Office you are
using)!
