Word formula

Can anyone remind me. There is a mathematical formula that you can type
in that adds several paragraphs of random text - the quick brown fox
jumped over....

Just can't remember what the formula is.

=rand()+Enter

gives:

The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over
the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown
fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over
the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown
fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over
the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown
fox jumps over the lazy dog. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

=rand(n,m)+Enter

Gives n paragraphs each containing M sentences.
