Word Form to Access

I need to create a form that:
Is being populated by people that only have Word
Can then be sent back to me
I can then transfer that data into an Access 2007 database

Does this make sense?

If you embed named fields in Word, you should be able to read them from
Access. Helen Feddema has some code on her website used to read Word tables
into Access:
