Hi,

I would like to link Excel cells to fields in Word. I have Word documents
that use fields and I would like to have an excel file automatically grab the
value of those fields.

I believe the way to do this is by copying the range in Excel and then
go to your Word Document, at the top menu select Edit=>Paste Special
In the Paste Special window, select Paste Link, then select Microsoft
Office Excel Worksheet Object. Changes in the excel range should
change in the Word Document
 
Thanks for the response, but I want to go the other way. First, write up the
Word document and then have Excel automaticlly fill in information based on
the Word document.
