When attempting to open Word (or Excel), the application 'hangs' for nearly 3
minutes; before returning a dialog box that concludes that the application
has experience 'errors'. Then, it allows me to send the error report to
Microsoft, before saving and re-opening my document. This loops through the
same process, over and over again. Therefore I am unable to use my licensed
MS products. I noticed this happening right after I installed the latest
Service Pack (2). Is there a Patch or Bug Fix that will correct this issue?
