word doc with e-mail

it's not possible to open a word-doc what is send by an e-mail message. Who can help me?

You need to have Word. Do you? If not, you can possibly use the Word
Processor you have, e.g. Works or other which *may* be able to read the
file. Or you can download a free Microsoft Word Doc Viewer from their
web site.
 
yes, I have word on my computer, but every e-mail attachment (outlook express) that is written in word can I not open
It's saying bestandsconversion select the codering wich the bestand can be read.

Can you please reframe the error message. I don't understand what you
are writing. Type it exactly as displayed by the computer. And see if
you can figure if the error message is launched by Word (which version)
or Outlook Express.
 
Does the attachment have a .doc extension in the file name?

Can you save the attachment then open word then open the file?
