Try this: Start/Settings/Taskbar and Start Menu/Customize button/Remove
button/click the + to expand the Startup/Is there a Word listing there?/If so,
highlight it/click the Remove button/OK/Apply/OK.

Open Word/Tools/Options/File Location tab/highlight Startup/Modify
button/Anything there? If there is, that is what is starting @ Startup. Get
it out of there.
