Word could not load the email envelope (word 2002/Outlook 2003)

We are running Word 2002 with Outlook 2003.

When trying to send an word document via Send to - Mail Recipient we are
getting the following error - "Word could not load the email envelope".

Is there any way to resolve this issue? Sorry for the cross post I didn't
know what newsgroup this question should go in.

You have to upgrade to Word 2003, the e-mail functionality in Word 2002 is
not fully compatible with Outlook 2003. Sorry

Hi Eric,

Yes, please always use the same version Office applications. New version
application always contains some new features which are not supported by
the old version.

The Outlook 2003 requires Word 2003 as email editor.

In this scenario, please upgrade the Word 2002 to the Word 2003. This
should solve the problem.
