Word Attchment Viewing

Outlook 2003 - How do I get outlook to view all word
attchments in Normal view rather than thumbnail, then
having to change it to Normal?

Can you explain a bit more? Are you on the receiving or composing end? In
case of composing make sure you are composing in HTML or Plain Text format;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format.

Can you determine the message format? Rich Text, HTML, Plain Text? Can you
also explain a bit more with what yo describe as Thumbnail and Normal view?
For instance; where exactly do you see this? Are the atttachments in-line or
below the subject field?
