With Windows EX Home Edition does Word, Excel, and Powerpoint come included with the Home Edition?

Nope. No Windows version has EVER included any Office applications.

No. *WINDOWS* is an op-er-a-ting sys-tem. No op-er-a-ting sys-tem has
*EVER* included any *OFFICE* application (and you would have known this had
you *BOTHERED* to use Google, but it's obviously an alien concept to you).
 
No but computer manufacturers often sell computers with Windows XP and Office (or Works if they're cheapskates). Have to ask.

No, of course not.

Neither the Microsoft Office application suite, nor any of its
individual component applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,
Outlook, etc.), have _ever_ been "part" of *any* Windows operating
system. They are, and always have been, separate applications, that
must be purchased and installed separately.

No, those come with Office XP (NOT Windows XP).
You have to buy it seperately from Windows.
