We have users working on TS6, and there files are stored on DATA6. They have a local printer which is mapped on the TS6. Printing from Wordpad and Outlook works fine, but printing from Word and Excel not always. When in Word and Excel the path to the documents is set to a map on DATA6 (Tools-options-File locations), the prints are not printed but a file called TS002 is made in the documents map, where 2 is the IDnr of the session. When the path is set to a map on TS6, printing of new documents works fine, but older douments are not printed, instead a file is TS00x is made
How can this be solved
And how does printing works exactly under TErminal Services
Thanks for helping me out!

You stated " They have a local printer which is mapped on the TS6." Do you mean that their local printer is autocreated and added to their session or that you're doing DOS LPT Redirection, i.e. "Net Use LPT1 \\servername\printername"

I meant the first, that their local printer is autocreated and added to their session. Although, now i'm thinking of it, it may be that certain users have a IP port mapped (by the way of editing the registry as described in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=302361) because they share a printer through a jetdirect print server. But in both cases, the printer is autocreated and appears as a printer to their session.

it now looks to have something to do with the spell checker, when it is set to English, printing goes wrong, when set to dutch (which it shoul be) it goes fine. Strange, isn't it?
